Day 1

Pick Up in Las Vegas & Valley of Fire State Park

Collect your campervan in Las Vegas (45 min drive). On arrival at Valley of Fire, take a short hike through fiery sandstone formations (Fire Wave, White Domes). Evenings can be cool in February — option to cook your first meal outside under the stars (campfires generally not permitted; propane stoves and charcoal grills are allowed) or inside the van.

Day 2

Morning Run in Valley of Fire & Drive to Willow Beach (Lake Mead / Hoover Dam)

Begin the day with a run weaving between sandstone outcrops and petroglyphs. After lunch, drive south via Lake Mead and Hoover Dam before reaching Willow Beach Campground by the Colorado River — a quiet spot with dramatic canyon views. 🏃 Suggested run: 8–10 km

Day 3

Grand Canyon West & Drive to Sedona

Start early for today’s longer drive. Stop at Grand Canyon West for sweeping rim views and the glass Skywalk platform. Optional short rim jog to stretch the legs. Continue south to Sedona, where the cliffs glow at sunset. 🏃 Optional run: 3–5 km

Sedona Trails Coaching Session

Day 5

Sedona Rest & Exploration

Day off running. Options include hiking Cathedral Rock, exploring Oak Creek Canyon, joining a vortex meditation, or enjoying a spa day. At night, stargazing is excellent thanks to Sedona’s Dark Sky designation. 🏃 Plan: Rest day

Sedona Sunrise Run & Drive to Kingman (Route 66 Stopover)

Optional sunrise run before departure. Drive west to Kingman, Arizona — a classic Route 66 stop with vintage diners, neon signs, and Americana charm. 🏃 Optional run: 5–7 km

Drive to Las Vegas & Explore the City

Complete the final leg back to Vegas. Check into a hotel or stay in your RV at Red Rock Campground or an RV park near the Strip. Spend the afternoon exploring the city’s iconic neon, food spots, and shows.

Enjoy a relaxed second day in Las Vegas. Options include visiting the Neon Museum, Fremont Street, or a day spa session. Depart later that day or extend your stay for more city time before flying home.
