A USATF-certified coach meets you at your chosen campsite for a warm-up before heading to a nearby trail such as Soldiers Pass, Bell Rock Pathway, or Airport Mesa Loop. Over ~60 minutes you’ll receive real-time feedback on technique, breathing, pacing, and foot placement, plus simple drills. You’ll finish with sharper technique and local know-how you can apply to every run that follows.
